Parks and Fields

Common Areas policy:

Parks are for the use of residents and their guests only.

  • Parks are for daylight use only. All parks are open from dawn to dusk. The Association reserves the right to remove anyone after parks have closed or when the rules have been violated.
  • Fields/parks may not be used during severe weather or lightning. Fields are closed for general use for up to 48hours following the end of inclement weather.
  • Moving or changing any field/park equipment is prohibited.
  • Behavior considered destructive to fields/parks/equipment and/or detrimental to other participants is not allowed.
  • No glass or breakable containers are allowed in parks or on fields.
  • Wheeled sports equipment (skates, bikes, golf carts, etc.) are prohibited from fields and must remain outside park areas at all times.
  • Littering on all common areas, including parks, is prohibited and all trash is to be deposited in designated trash bins only.
  • Smoking is prohibited on Association common areas including, but not limited to, the pool house,pool area, and parks.
  • The following are strictly prohibited within fields, parks, and other common areas: alcohol, drugs, weapons of any kind, fireworks, or open flames.
  • Pets are to be leashed at all times while in common areas unless in the designated dog park. Pets should be current on all vaccinations.
  • Pet waste is to be picked up by the pet owner/handler and deposited into designated pet waste bins or carried to the pet owner’s home for proper disposal.
  • Block parties must be open to any resident that resides on that block.
  • Any special activity held in a common area needs prior written approval from the Association. All requests need to be made at least 72 hours prior to the activity start time.
  • Any commercial and/or for-profit activity of any kind is prohibited in common areas without prior written approval from the Association.
  • Signs, banners, or other marketing materials are prohibited in common areas without prior written approval from the Association.
  • Access to Association common areas such as the pool house and pool are controlled by pin entry.
  • Entry to the Pool house is restricted to the hours posted on the front door or when attending an event hosted by a resident or the Association. The Association reserves the right to remove anyone from the Clubhouse who is not in compliance with this policy.
